Repair Policy

All items are accepted for repair with care and attention to detail. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the item.

Some repairs may require structural or cosmetic changes to restore function. While we aim to preserve the original appearance whenever possible, exact restoration cannot be guaranteed.

Escobar Shoe Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or material weaknesses that may affect the outcome of a repair.

After inspection, additional work may be recommended. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any changes to the original estimate.

Not responsible for any items lost damaged or left over 30 days.​
